Thank you for shopping with Imperius Barber Supply. We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

 

1. Return Window

You may return most items within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange. 

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

 

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) must be provided.

Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts may not be accepted for return. 

 

3. What Items Cannot Be Returned

Certain products may be non-returnable, including:

 

Items marked as Final Sale

Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products once opened (if applicable)

Customized or special order items

4. Return Process

 

To start a return:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective.

We will send you return instructions and an RMA number (if applicable).

 

Ship the item back using the carrier and method we specify.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. 

 

5. Refunds & Credits

Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email about your refund status.

Accepted returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you choose, we can issue a store credit or exchange instead.

 

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible if:

The same product is in stock.

You request the exchange within the 3-day return window.

If the new product has a different price, any difference must be paid or will be refunded accordingly. 

 

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will work with you to replace the item or provide a refund or exchange.

 

8. How We Handle Return Shipping Fees

Defective or wrong items: Imperius Shop covers return shipping.

Customer-initiated returns: Customer pays return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
